Hot Azoï is a Yiddish and Klezmer music group. Available to perform live in all of your events. Records are played as a trio however upon request we are able to perform with 4 to 5 musicians.

This Klezmer and Yiddsih music orchestra will perfect all events including: Jewish weddings, Hanoucka, Cocktails, Bar Mitzvahs, receptions and Private Parties.

Originating from the Jazz scene this group is also comfortable in jazz manouche, gypsy and New Orleans Jazz.

Klezmer is a musical tradition of the Ashkenazi Jews of Eastern Europe. Developed from the 15th century it’s origins were founded from the music from the middle east and also central and eastern Europe (Slavs and Gypsies).

 

The word klezmer is associated with the Hebrew words klej and zemer.

 

Due to its origins, the preferred language within Klezmer music is Yiddish (a Germanic language similar to German, with a contribution of Hebrew and Slavic vocabulary).

We move easily in the Bouches Du Rhone, but also Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Avignon, PACA, Vaucluse, Luberon, Marseille.
